MIDLAND, PA — Today, Congressman Chris Deluzio (PA-17) announced that his office, in collaboration with Midland municipal government, secured an agreement from Norfolk Southern Railroad to provide an easement on land in Midland, Pennsylvania, adjacent to the Ohio River and a Norfolk Southern rail line. This easement will allow the Beaver County borough to make needed repairs to the century-old stormwater pipes that process the borough’s stormwater and release it into the river.

CARNEGIE, PA Today, Congressman Chris Deluzio (PA-17) announced $31,448 in federal funding for Hall Industries Incorporated, a machine parts company in Ellwood City, PA. Since 1966, Hall Industries Inc. has created and supplied machine components for cranes, transit vehicles, and mechanical assemblies.

CARNEGIE, PA — Today, Congressman Chris Deluzio (PA-17) sent a letter to the Department of Justice requesting a federal civil rights investigation into the incident this Sunday where an armed man tried to enter Greater Dominion Church, a predominantly Black church in Ambridge, PA. The man was arrested after threatening two women with a gun outside the church, and reports suggest that police believe the man was ready for a standoff with police.
