ASPINWALL, PA -- Today, Congressman Chris Deluzio released the following statement on yesterday's 50+ car train derailment and fire just over the border from Beaver County, in Ohio.

"I am closely monitoring the large train derailment and fire just over the border from Beaver County in Ohio, and am relieved to hear that no one was injured in the incident.

My team is in contact with local officials and I’m grateful to all of the first responders who have secured the situation. My office stands ready to assist with federal support."

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congressman Chris Deluzio (PA-17) shared the following statement after signing as a co-sponsor to the Bipartisan Congressional Review Act Resolution to Protect American Solar Manufacturing Jobs. This bill comes as a response to the Administration’s decision to relax tariffs against Chinese solar panel imports despite the Department of Commerce’s findings that Chinese manufacturers of solar panels are breaking U.S. trade laws.
