Congressman Chris Deluzio Announces Senior Staff Joining His Congressional Office
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congressman Chris Deluzio (PA-17) announced his hires for the senior staff members in his congressional office.
Matthew Koos, Chief of Staff. Matt most recently served as the campaign manager for Congressman Deluzio’s 2022 campaign. Previously, he worked on numerous campaigns across the country, managing races at every level – from town council to U.S. Senate. He is a graduate of Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania.
Christopher Jerrolds, Deputy Chief of Staff and Legislative Director. Christopher has more than seven years of experience in the House of Representatives, previously working for Representatives Jim Cooper and Ritchie Torres. He also worked on the Biden campaign doing voter protection and as an attorney for the New York City Council. He is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and Vanderbilt University.
Emilie Yonan, District Director. Emilie was previously the Chief of Staff for Pittsburgh City Councilperson Erika Strassburger and the Community Affairs Manager for Pennsylvania State Senator Pam Iovino. She is the co-founder of the Pittsburgh Women’s Sports Network and coaches girls’ baseball for 14th Ward Baseball in the city of Pittsburgh. Emilie holds a Master's in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hofstra University.
Seron Cox, Deputy District Director and Director of Constituent Services. Seron is a native of Beaver County and recently served as a Constituent Services Representative for Pennsylvania Congressmen Conor Lamb and Jason Altmire. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies.
Caroline Lowe, Director of Operations. Caroline served as finance director for Congressman Deluzio’s 2022 campaign. She is a former associate at fundraising firm Left Rising and is a graduate of the Savannah College of Art & Design.
Zoe Bluffstone, Communications Director. Zoe previously worked as a communications staffer in the congressional offices of Congressman Troy Carter and Congresswoman Nanette Diaz Barragán, as well as in the Oregon State House. She is a graduate of Oberlin College.
