WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, Congressman Chris Deluzio (PA-17) put out the following comment after his “No” vote on the Motion to Table H.Res. 939, an Impeachment Resolution of President Trump. 

“Impeachment is one of Congress' most solemn responsibilities, and I take it very seriously.

“I join so many patriots who have deep concerns with the dangerous actions of the President and his Administration. Any impeachment process requires more thought and investigation than this sloppy and rushed resolution.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – After learning that the U.S. Senate snuck a provision into the annual defense bill to close America’s Navy Reserve Centers (NRCs), Western Pennsylvania Congressman and Navy veteran Chris Deluzio (PA-17) successfully led the fight to remove the provision and keep Navy Reserve Centers open. This included the NRC in Moon Township, PA at the 911th Airlift Wing—in Pennsylvania’s 17th Congressional District—and in Harrisburg and Avoca, PA.
