WASHINGTON, D.C.  – Today, House Armed Services Committee members Congressmen Chris Deluzio (D‑PA‑17) and James Moylan (R-Guam) re‑introduced the Best Price for Our Military Act of 2025, legislation designed to protect public funds and combat defense contractor price gouging. The language of this bipartisan bill was also included in the committee-passed version of the Fiscal Year 2026 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), which is awaiting consideration by the full House of Representatives.
