CARNEGIE, PA — Today, Congressman Chris Deluzio (PA-17) released the following statement on the passing of United Steelworkers (USW) Union International President Tom Conway: 
 

“Tom Conway was not only the International President of the United Steelworkers (USW) Union, he was also a lifelong fighter for working people. 

 

 

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congressman Chris Deluzio (D-PA-17) announced that Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) is receiving $6,381,745 in new infrastructure funding from the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT). This grant is from the Airport Improvement Program (AIP), and with this funding, PIT has received more than $107 million in federal funding since the start of 2021.

MIDLAND, PA — Today, Congressman Chris Deluzio (PA-17) announced that his office, in collaboration with Midland municipal government, secured an agreement from Norfolk Southern Railroad to provide an easement on land in Midland, Pennsylvania, adjacent to the Ohio River and a Norfolk Southern rail line. This easement will allow the Beaver County borough to make needed repairs to the century-old stormwater pipes that process the borough’s stormwater and release it into the river.

Since 1966, Hall Industries Inc. has created and supplied machine components for cranes, transit vehicles, and mechanical assemblies.
