CARNEGIE, PA – Last night, Congressman Chris Deluzio (D-PA-17) joined with U.S. Senators Bob Casey (D-PA) and John Fetterman (D-PA) to send a letter to Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, Chair of the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), urging CFIUS to block the proposed acquisition of U.S. Steel Corporation by Japan-based Nippon Steel.

CARNEGIE, PA — Today, U.S. Congressman Chris Deluzio (D-PA-17) joined with U.S. Senator Bob Casey (D-PA), U.S. Senator John Fetterman (D-PA), and U.S. Congresswoman Summer Lee (D-PA-12) to announce they secured $142,342,200 in funding to make major safety improvements to the I-376 (Parkway East) and the Martin Luther King Jr. East Busway. Rep. Deluzio pushed the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) to award this funding.
