 WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Chris Deluzio (D, PA-17), joined with U.S. Representatives Guy Reschenthaler (R, PA-14), Mike Kelly (R, PA-16), and Brendan Boyle (D, PA-02), to introduce the Marc Fogel Act. This legislation would amend the Robert Levinson Hostage Recovery and Hostage-Taking Accountability Act to require more transparency from the State Department to Congress on the process of designating wrongful detainment upon American imprisoned overseas.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, Congressman Chris Deluzio (PA-17) announced the Job Security for Military Families Act of 2023. This bill would extend protections listed in the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) to military spouses, helping more spouses retain employment even if their family is required to relocate due to military duties.

WASHINGTON, D.C. Today, Congressman Chris Deluzio (PA-17) announced $1 million in federal investments to clean up brownfield sites in his western Pennsylvania district. The recipients are two sites, one across the entire Borough of Ambridge ($500,000) and the second is Beaver County’s Darlington Brickyard ($500,000).

A Navy and Iraq War veteran himself and member of the House Committee on Veterans’ Affairs, this wider group of Western Pennsylvanian veterans will advise Congressman Deluzio on issues relating to veterans’ policy, veterans’ services, and veterans’ care.
