WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, Congressman Chris Deluzio (D-PA-17) and Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA-01) reintroduced the bipartisan Public Service Worker Protection Act.  This bill seeks to expand the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 to include public sector workers under its defined safety protections on the job.
