Aspinwall - Brilliant Avenue Realignment - $3,000,000

Crafton - Crafton Blvd Streetscape Project - $1,338,581
- The Borough of Crafton is seeking funding for a streetscaping and pedestrian safety project proposed for Crafton Blvd from Noble Ave to Baldwick Rd. It will reduce the roadway width from 40 feet to 25 feet to assist with reducing speeding and we will design and install a dedicated bus lane for Crafton Elementary School and the replacement of the Elementary School Entry Plaza.

Potter Township – Upper Ohio, Allegheny and Beaver Counties, PA (Montgomery Lock and Dam) - $257,000,000
- The Upper Ohio Navigation Project will address lock condition and capacity issues at three lock and dam sites on the Ohio River. These facilities, constructed 1919 and 1936, underwent major rehabilitation in the 1980s to extend their useful life another 25 years. Modernizing the Montgomery locks would allow larger and more efficient vessels to move through the river, which improves our nation's competitiveness and boosts the regional economy. Modernizing the locks would create jobs and spur growth in the region and stimulate economic activity throughout the supply chain. In addition to the economic benefits, modernizing the locks on the Upper Ohio River also has significant environmental advantages as well.

Ambridge - Ambridge Regional Senior Wellness and Recreational Center - $2,000,000
- The Borough of Ambridge is seeking funding to create an integrated venue (The Center) accessible to all Ambridge citizens and surrounding Pennsylvania's regardless of age, race, ethnicity, and physical capabilities. The Center will be a complete wellness facility for all ages "cradle to grave.” The Borough will repurpose a former 12+ acre Brownfield site into a regional asset that will promote economic development & tourism opportunities for the Borough of Ambridge and the surrounding region of Western of PA.

Tarentum - Water Treatment Plant Upgrade - $200,000
- Tarentum Borough is seeking funding to upgrade its water treatment plant and pump house to ensure the highest quality of water service for its residents and businesses. The project includes electrical upgrades, such as replacing outdated panels and installing new wiring, alongside mechanical improvements, like overhauling pumps and valves and installing new filtration systems. Additionally, the pump house will undergo structural enhancements and modernization of pump mechanisms to boost capacity and reliability. Emergency power systems will also be upgraded to ensure continuous operation during power outages. These upgrades are critical for meeting current environmental and safety standards, preparing for future needs, and continuing to provide reliable water services in Tarentum Borough.

Oakdale - Oakdale Pump Station and Capacity Improvements - $2,500,000
- The Allegheny County Sanitary Authority is seeking funding for the Army Corps of Engineers to construct a new sewer pump station and wet weather equalization tank to increase conveyance capacity for the Robinson Run communities (McDonald, North Fayette, Oakdale, South Fayette). The project is a key to ALCOSAN’s Clean Water Plan, which will eliminate sanitary sewer overflows and reduce combined sewer overflows from nine billion gallons to under three billion gallons per year. The project specifically involves increasing the conveyance capacity of the Robinson Run trunk sewer by replacing the existing sewers with larger diameter sewers. A new Oakdale Pump Station will be constructed as the existing station is under sized and experiences sewer overflows during period of wet weather. These improvements will allow future growth in these communities and reduce sewage overflows to local waterways.
