Roll Call Analysis Finds Congressman Deluzio Had Perfect Voting Attendance in 2025

March 16, 2026

WASHINGTON, D.C.  Capitol Hill newspaper Roll Call analyzed the 2025 voting and attendance records of every single member of Congress and found that Congressman Chris Deluzio (PA-17) had a perfect attendance across the year. Only twenty-three members of the U.S. House placed a vote on all of the 361 non-quorum roll call votes called during the year—nine Democrats (including fellow Western Pennsylvania U.S. Rep. Summer Lee) and thirteen Republicans.

“Serving in Congress is a great honor, and I take seriously the responsibility of representing all of us in Western PA,” said Congressman Deluzio. “I’m proud that I had a 100% voting record in 2025.”

According to the most recent survey of floor votes, the participation rate of lawmakers casting votes across both chambers was 96.8% in 2025.
