Congressman Chris Deluzio Visits SKA Robotics and Hellbender Robotics, Discusses Growing Regional Robotics Cluster
HARMAR TWP, PA — SKA Robotics and Hellbender Robotics hosted United States Congressman Chris Deluzio (PA-17) at their Harmar facility last week, where discussions focused on advancing the region's flourishing robotics and technology sector. The visit highlighted Deluzio’s interest in the Pittsburgh region’s growing robotics cluster and emphasized the importance of innovative, high-tech companies like SKA Robotics in driving economic growth and technological advancement in the area.
During the visit, Deluzio toured the robotics facilities and met with the engineering teams responsible for developing advanced robotics solutions used across a range of industries, including power generation, industrial inspection and maintenance, commercial construction and mining, and agriculture. This engagement reflects the robotics industry’s dedication to strengthening relationships with local leaders to ensure that the robotics sector continues to be a cornerstone of Pittsburgh's economic development.
